POA BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMMITTEES
Western Shores is a self-managed community, with volunteer committees performing most of the same services as a property management company - at a much lower cost. The five directors on our board are supported by more than seven committees.

FOR SALE SIGNAGE
“For Sale” signs are strictly prohibited anywhere on a lot.

Only the words, “Info Box” or “Information Box” are allowed on the box exterior. The box shall be located beyond the road-right-of-way such that it does not interfere with roadside mowing. Abandoned boxes may be disposed of by the ARC if they do not look properly maintained.
