Pavilion – Pool – Spa Rules
 

To promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents and their guests, the following rules govern the use of the pavilion, pool, and spa areas. Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or permanent revocation of pool privileges.

Monday-Thursday 11 am - 9 pm

Friday 11 am - 10 pm

Saturday 10 am - 10 pm

Sunday 12 noon - 9 pm

General Access & Conduct
 

• Eligibility: Access to the facilities is limited to Property Owners in good standing and their authorized guests
• Guests: All guests must sign in upon arrival, listing the Property Owner’s name, lot number or address, and total number of guests. Groups of seven (7) or more require the Property Owner’s presence and prior approval from the Pool Manager or monitor. Property Owners are responsible for their guests’ conduct and any damages incurred. All events or parties must be approved by the Pool Manager.
• Supervision: Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted in the pavilion unless accompanied by an adult. Additionally, all individuals under eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adult while using the spa. Children under six (6) years of age must have an adult with them in the water.
• Monitors: A monitor must be present for pool and spa use. Monitors are authorized to enforce all rules. Repeated violations, abusive language, or misconduct toward any monitor may result in removal and loss of privileges.
   

Safety & Facility Rules
 

• No Lifeguard: No lifeguard is on duty—swim at your own risk. No diving permitted.
• Weather & Emergencies: The pool and spa will close during severe weather (lightning, thunder, high winds, heavy rain) or power outages. If thunder is heard, all swimmers must exit immediately and may not re-enter until at least ten (10) minutes after the last audible thunder. Closure decisions is at the sole discretion of the monitor. Bathrooms and kitchen areas will be secured during power outages.
• Smoke-Free & Glass-Free: The pool, pavilion, and spa are smoke-free and glass-free zones. Glass containers are strictly prohibited. Alcohol must be in cups or cans in koozies.
• Proper Attire: Proper swim attire is required. Street clothes are not permitted in the pool or spa. Only swim diapers are allowed—regular diapers are prohibited.
• Hygiene: Showers are required before first entering the pool or spa. Individuals who have had diarrhea within the past two (2) days or open wounds may not use the pool or spa.  
• Food & Beverages: Food is not permitted in the pool or spa.
• Prohibited Activities: Running, rough play, throwing individuals into the pool, football, and similar ball sports are prohibited. Standing or climbing on the infinity wall is prohibited. Items falling beyond the edge will be retrieved by monitors only. Inflatables and toys are not permitted in the spa. During high attendance, monitors may limit large inflatables or organized games.
• Cleanliness: All trash must be disposed of in designated receptacles.
• Operating Hours: Access to the pool, spa, restroom and shower is permitted only when the pavilion is open. Showers are for pool and spa use only.
• Kitchen & Grill: Use requires monitor approval. Areas must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Monitors will provide guest with the cleaning supplies.
• Pets: Only service animals are permitted inside the fenced area.
